2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the GreetWise Service.


• Send SMS notifications to business customers regarding AI agent activity and call handling.


• Send SMS messages (such as booking links) to end-customers on behalf of registered businesses, where consent has been obtained by the business.


• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.


• Comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS Messaging & Mobile Numbers

GreetWise sends two types of SMS messages:

• Platform notifications to business customers (e.g., new call summaries, missed call alerts).


• Transactional messages to end-customers on behalf of businesses using the platform (e.g., booking links sent by the AI agent).

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS messaging are never sold, shared, or rented to third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers are used solely for the purposes described above.

Message frequency varies based on call and booking activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages, or HELP for assistance.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who assist us in operating the platform (e.g., SMS providers, cloud infrastructure), subject to confidentiality obligations.


• Law enforcement or government agencies when required by law.


• Successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Business Customer Responsibilities

Businesses using GreetWise to send messages to their own customers are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from those end-customers prior to initiating any SMS communications through our platform. GreetWise acts as a technology provider and is not the sender of record for messages sent on behalf of businesses.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at support@greetwise.ai.

7. Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
