1. The Service

GreetWise is an AI-powered answering service that helps small businesses manage incoming calls and send transactional SMS messages to their customers, including booking links and follow-up communications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Access to the Service is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

GreetWise reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. SMS Messaging & Compliance

By using GreetWise to send SMS messages to your customers, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for obtaining explicit prior consent from any individual before sending them SMS messages through the GreetWise platform.


• You will not use the Service to send unsolicited, deceptive, or unlawful messages.


• You will honor all opt-out requests (e.g., STOP replies) promptly and ensure your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and carrier rules.


• You acknowledge that GreetWise acts solely as a technology provider and is not the sender of record for messages sent on your behalf. Any liability arising from non-compliant messaging is your responsibility.


• Mobile phone numbers you provide or collect through the Service will not be sold or shared for third-party marketing purposes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, phishing messages, or any unsolicited communications.


• Violate any applicable law or regulation.


• Impersonate any person or entity.


• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service.


• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, AI models, branding, and content, is the property of GreetWise and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@greetwise.ai or through your account settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreetWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreetWise and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights, including any claims arising from SMS messages sent through the platform on your behalf.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
